• labellenuage Sammy was rather frisky this afternoon, so I took him back to the spot where I found him so he could run around. I didn't see or hear any other squirrels. So I called a family friend who rehabilitates them and she said one of the reasons Sammy was covered in fleas when I first found him was likely due to his mother dying. Due to this revelation, I'm going to take Sammy to a squirrel rehabilitation center out in Pepperdine tomorrow. He was doing very well with me, but if I can't reunite him with his family, he deserves to make a new one. As much as I love the little guy, I think that's the best move for him.   8mon
