instagramfitnessPower Sled(less) PUSH by @getoutandaboutfitness, a cool Fitness Junkie blogger now on Instagram. Today was #LegDay and I made the mistake of ending it with this exercise instead of pushing my car around the parking lot. Intense!! I thought my legs were gone after all the #squats and #lunges and extensions - this exercise killed them and I had #Jello for legs! This variation of the Power Sled works your quads, glutes and calves while also activating your abs and shoulders. A MUST try exercise especially if you do not have a power sled or don't feel like pushing your car around a parking lot. HOW TO: Step on treadmill & turn around, reach down so your hands are on the floor and push with your legs. This gives the feel of pushing one of them power sleds. Start off with a slow speed of about 2.0 and with each step FLEX your leg & buttocks, exaggerate the movement. This will give a good burn. To increase intensity and turn this into more of a fat burning exercise, increase the speed but please don't be foolish and be "that guy"or "that girl" in the gym. I did 3 sets of 2-minute sled pushes at 2.5 speed, incline 0. Get after it and thanks @getoutandaboutfitness - check out his online blog for more fitness tips! 09.18.12 #motivation8mon
one__king@cenellharrell my apologies. I didn't realize this would be a reverse motion. Now I am looking at it and also confused as to how he does this lol. Not quite sure I've used a treadmill with a reverse on it, but I don't often run on a treadmill so I haven't seen to many different ones.

justpenn10@ceejayhb pretty cool, wouldn't recommend it if you can't dominate ur body weight(pull up, hanging leg raises..etc) That's advance stuff
