labellenuage@monodistortion Ya! I'm so happy I found one. :) It's a bummer spirithoods discontinued it. I think had they gone with a different color (it's lined with green) it could have looked better.

netikprime Hey there! I was directed to you with my questions in hope you can help me. I'm a 28-year-old health and fitness enthusiast who seeks even more energy and perseverance. My problem with my current nutrition is that I feel discomfort consuming meat and dairy makes me feel bloated. My body has no problem with eggs except for the nauseating smell when breaking them... :) Anyway, I'm considering switching to veganism, I'm actually doing plenty of research and gradually reducing intakes from animal sources, I just have a few concerns: As B12 and D can exclusively be found in animal sources, why should I take a supplement instead? Woudn't it be more natural to eat eggs for example? So (1) Do I need those artificial "multi vitamin pills"? Why? (2) Won't they do me more harm then meat? (3) What would you give to your child to supply them these essentials? Not a pill I presume, or?... Thanks a lot!

maplechemist I had a sweet girl ask me the other day - since god put animals on our planet to eat, does that mean all vegans don't believe in god? Has that ever happen to you?? Those non-believers eh
