Try maybe #smørrebrød - They recently opened an evening restaurant, serving New Nordic Food. It's the dogme started by Noma, where you only use ingrediences from the nordic terroir. Compared to Noma, Aamaans is much more simpel and less crazy innovative - but truly a great experience, honest food and fair priced! And their schnapss from roasted rye bread was crazy innovative + good!   11mon
