Use a bench/chair/ or one of these stepper things lmao HERE IT IS: jumping squats x10, tri-dips x10, elevated pushups x10 5 sets toes on bench 5 sets hands on bench, then low boat crunches x10 UNWEIGHTED. Do it for time TEN ROUNDS so 100 of everything!!! I did it in 25 min, and 30 seconds after getting the demo shots I puked my guts out. No pain no gain post times below!!
