Homemade Raw Almond Coconut Bark
Bio: Mom, Artist and Home Chef. Paints in the wee hours of the morning when everyone's asleep. Enjoys preparing healthy meals and snacks for her family. Loves yoga, running and sipping home brewed teas with friends and family.
Here's the recipe:
Blend the following ingredients together in Vitamix blender until smooth and creamy:
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup raw coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup agave
Then stir in:
1/2 cup raw almonds (chopped or whole, I used whole)
Spread mixture in plastic wrap lined dish and sprinkle with:
4 tbsp raw coconut
Cover dish and place in freezer for about 20-30 minutes. Cut into pieces with pizza cutter or just have fun breaking it with your clean hands. Enjoy and savor your sweet creation!
