  • kmaecags One more core move you guys! I know @petitefi already demoed these for a previous challenge so this one is for all the newbies Hanging Jane Fonda: you can use a chair, stool bench, etc. Hold the side plank position (you can be on your elbow or on your hand) and hang from your top foot. Slowly lower the bottom foot up and down. These are HARD; you'll feel 'em everywhere!   1y
