monironna i had the same problem as the previous woman!!! Had to call them myself to get information about hair bows I ordered for my daughters birthday form them to tell me it can take up to 14-16 business days to receive my order. My daughters 1st birthday is in a week and its safe to say I won't be receiving the bows so I had to cancel my order. Never will I order through this company again and I'm advising my friends not to either. Horrible customer service and horrible shipping. Let me tell you something passing out free shipping to customers is POINTLESS if it takes 3 weeks to get what you need. Your company should bring in a team to do a whole remodel on your business structure or its going to fail. Trust me. I'm a graduate of FIDM and I studied business and fashion you are currently fighting a losing battle with your customer base. I haven't seen to many good reviews from customers. You should take the time to fix that or you won't have any customers left.
