I just hit a new pr of 300lbs 2x1 ATG today at 194 bodyweight, and am thinking of sharing my weekly variables with you guys once i hit 315lbs for 2 or 3, maybe 5 to really "solidify" my approach. wowimcute video cred: @jesusgnzlz Snatches off blocks. Fixed my 2nd pull and im getting way faster underneath. Trying not to jump too much and dive my hips more towards my ankles, but it's not the easiest with such light weight hahah. I had way prettier snatches the heavier I went. Great training day. Nothing beats the feeling of getting better and knowing it. 2mon

wowimcute Back at it today, as usual. Struggling, but who doesn't? Little sleep won't stop me from getting my numbers in, nor will missing many snatch attempts and dirty looks. When you want something and want it bad, know WHY you wan't it. Know how, and know that taking the easy route will just have an easier exit. In the gym, wisdom doesn't always come with age, and there will always be people who look down on you who don't fathom what you do. On the other hand, others admire and aspire to do what you've accomplished, whether it's been today's regiment or the current composition of your body overtime. Today I got constructive criticism from someone who knows nothing of what I do, praise for my perseverance and asked assistance with THEIR lifts. All in all, if you're in the grind like the rest of us, take pride in your regiments and your failures. The only person you need to worry about behind that barbell is yourself. 2mon

wowimcute My medial quads are coming in way better now that I'm okay to back squat now. Also, turns out I gave myself a dead leg. I can still dive under the bar but the muscle under my lateral quad gets tugged at and its a little bothersome. Gotta wait it out. 8( 2mon
