Warm #summer days I can eat #watermelon and #nicecream all day long. This became my #dinner a few days ago and you wanna know a #secret? I made this in about two minutes as I was so #hungry (hence the #messiness). All I used was frozen #bananas, cinnamon and blueberries. Just chuck everything in your Vitamix and blend away. The result? A #delicious and refreshing meal to enjoy in the sun! #Raw #food at its best.

This was our dinner tonight basically. It’s a nice hearty dish, that tastes better than chicken nuggets. To make the recipe, we’ve chopped up some #mushrooms, which were then rolled in #organic soy milk and coated in bread crumbs. Then, they were #drizzled with olive oil and roasted with quite a few mashed/chopped up garlic cloves in a baking tray for about 25 minutes - until they were golden brown. We then had it with some basmati rice, and sweet chilli sauce.

My love affair with food started at an early age, but it was only in the last year and a half, after having health & infertility issues, that I actually started eating a healthy, mainly #plantbased diet. I decided to #share my recipes online for two reasons, firstly, to show people that eating #healthy can be not only be #easy, but #tasty and enjoyable too, and secondly, because I wanted to raise more awareness of #vegan cuisine, and how it is not only an #ethical issue, but an important environmental one too.

Hi! I’m Chelsey aka @livingfoodlove I am so grateful to @veganfoodshare for sharing my recipe with all of you I love to eat and make creations out of #livingfood that nourishes the body, heart, spirit, and mind and fills the soul with conscious awareness I was inspired to create these Blueberry Nice Cream Pies for my family because of the abundance of sweet blueberries in the American Southwest during this time of year. The crust is a mix of pre-soaked and rinsed raw pecans, raw Spanish almonds, and dates mixed in a food processor. The filling is a puree of blueberries, pre-soaked and rinsed cashews, water, lemon juice, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and maple syrup. I drizzled a bit of coconut oil onto a muffin pan to prevent sticking, gently pressed the crust onto the pan, poured the filling into each section, put these pies in the freezer for four hours, and garnished each pie with blueberries. You may drool on occasion and may feel a little guilty wanting to lick the screen. But hey, that's okay, because all of his creations are #unhealthyveganapproved "Let's be real, this is why you follow me...... I'm the @unhealthyvegan and I live by that. It doesn't just mean I eat burgers and pizza all day tho. I like vegetables. Lol. UnhealthyVegan just means that I'm unhealthy in all ways imaginable. My family and friends think it's #unhealthy to be #vegan so that is part of why I chose the name. Kinda like eminem-esqe where I say I am whatever you say I am. If you think being vegan is unhealthy then it is and I'm unhealthy. I don't fight it, I embrace it. Another reason why I chose the name was obviously to break down any stereotypes about vegans eating "rabbit food". No further explanation needed, you guys usually see that everyday. Lol. But also another reason I chose this name was for mental reasons. I consider myself unhealthy mentally as well. For fucks sake I am a vegan working in a meat dept! That can't be healthy right? So just know I am the only unhealthyvegan and they're will never be anyone like me. I'm trying to become a better vegan each and everyday..." This is one of my #favourite dishes - red lentil coconut dahl.
I start by frying cumin seeds, chilli and mustard seeds, add finely chopped onions and red lentils, soften then throw in a can of coconut milk with some tumeric and cayenne.
I made it into a #feast with #homemade spinach and sweet potato samosas and spiced tofu cubes (in place of my old favourite - paneer). Again thank you so much! I hope at least one person looks at this and thinks about trying out a #plantbased, cruelty-free meal :) Eat and be merry

Check out #BAV's latest MCT Lean product review!... "I tried the mix with my traditional water and oats and banana and it tasted great... But the true test was with water alone and I can say that without a doubt it was still an #amazing taste. The texture is #smooth and the powder breaks down easily in a "protein shaker" without the ugly clumps. With 20 grams of protein per shake it is a great low calorie meal replacement that can be a great staple for #weightloss but maintaining muscle in the process. I wasn't left with that bloat feeling but yet I was still more than satisfied." MmmMmm sounds #delicious! Who wouldn't want to be left #satisfied?! Hello,

my name is Ina, I`m from #Germany and I`m following a #plantbased diet for almost one year now. Starting the day with a delicious and #healthy #breakfast is part and parcel of my everday routine. One example for a healthy breakfast is a big plate full of fresh fruits topped with soy yoghurt, different seeds and other kind of toppings. My fruity breakfast plate consists of banana, donut peaches, nectarine, apricot, mango and blueberries. For the soy yoghurt topping I mixed unsweetened soy yoghurt, peanutbutter, dark agave syrup, oat flakes and puffed amaranth. I topped the fruits and the soy yoghurt mixture with unsweetened puffed spelt, cacao spelt flakes, chocolate oat crunchies, grounded flax seeds, chia seeds and vanilla powder. It is impossible to imagine my breakfast without a cup of tea, mostly green tea.

Finally I want to thank #veganfoodshare for the opportunity to inspire people from all over the world because that is why I`m sharing my pictures with all of you! And I'm happy to be inspired by you lovely people every day!
