totallydondi My one week progress on The Cheat System Diet Plan (I posted about it about a week ago) I am eating a Ton more greens and I feel great! I am Finally back under 150 lbs. again. It has been Over a Year since I hit 141 lbs. and I want to surpass that number and go for 130 lbs! Stay tuned..... (-:: I also posted the recipe for the shake I have been drinking every morning. totallydondi I didn't record my weight on Day 1 because my weight hasn't budged much at all in a year. I have been doing The Cheat System Diet and I am loving it. $11. for a kindle download. Totally worth it! My lowest weight was 141 last May. My weight has been up and down since I was in my 20's. (Back then I was 123 lbs) My goal at age 41 is 130 lbs. I plan to be at my goal weight by my 42nd Bday in August. (-: 1w
