Repeat the exercises below, in the listed order for the set amount of reps. Keep repeating these exercises for 7 minutes straight. See if you can get two laps done in 7 minutes. Have a quick rest and repeat once more for another 7 minutes. 7 + 7 = 14 minutes and a happier, sweatier you!

totallydondi Food/dieting is my weakness. I can do all the workouts but keeping my diet clean is my struggle. I started tracking my food this week and plan to keep it up to hold myself accountable. Get Wet! (-; 1w

totallydondi This is so true. I used to get down on myself for not finishing a particular workout program or diet but they are not One Size Fits All. I find that trying new things and adding variety helps me to really find what works for Me. Personally, #paleo #hiit and #lifting work best for this lady. (-: Have an awesome Monday! 2w

totallydondi I did the same hike today that I did yesterday. (See previous post, if you want to. I cannot force you. It is up to you.) (-:: I was a little faster & a Bit less winded. Today I counted the first set of stairs. There were 50 of them! My heart rate jumps up 45 bpm's after that initial climb. (170+) No wonder I get winded! Whew!!
