tinglebelle Haven't posted any pics for ages so I decided I'm gonna post one from last week....! I have a slight change of plan to my fitness goals so decided to have a bit of binge yesterday! And when I say a bit I mean huge.... So I currently have a huge food baby!!! haha Maybe i will show you guys the food baby I gave myself when my plan starts to work! Maybe.... 12mon

tinglebelle Starving yourself and cardio does more harm than good....!!! Just lift more and harder oh and eat More! Also speaking from experience here! As the past couple months I started to do a lot of cardio thinking I used to do no cardio so the sudden change should make me drop more body fat which it did initially then my body adapted quickly and therefore had to be more careful with what I eat... Then I thought yeah fuck this and Have dialed down to doing minimal cardio and not caring so much about what I eat! And my body adjusted quickly back to that yay 12mon
