Sautéed Korean BBQ chicken (made using a dry rub). Asian slaw veggies in place of noodles.
Edamame, onion, carrot, baby corn, broccoli, bean sprouts, snap peas, and chili peppers. Also eggs.
Sauces used: low sodium soy for the veggies and some teriyaki (just a bit) to create a glaze for the chicken.
Other spices: garlic, basil, & cumin.1d
