  •   sweetbellaroos @carrenolady no T25. I try to run 2-3 times a week (usually 3 miles). And I have a trainer that comes twice a week. He has me use dumbbells, kettle bells, and body weight. He switched it up each session. I highly recommend finding a trainer you love if your schedule and budget allow! 5d

sweetbellaroos If you haven't tried #PiYo yet- go! It's like intense stretching, and usually a 400-500 cal burn for me for 50 minutes. It feels amazing esp when I'm sore from training sessions earlier in the week with my PT. My hips feel great (normally a prob for me) and I am getting more flexible! #EmGetsStrong 1w
