sugarrandspice Must-haves in my legs routine! first attempt at 100kg ass-to-grass squats & my strength's still not quite there yet. Can't rmb the last time I did ass-to-grass squats as I've been afraid of going heavier &deeper ever since my knee injury last year glad to say that I'm getting stronger bit by bit though. #teamON
P.S. The protein that I'm currently taking is Gold Standard 100% whey, chocolate peanut butter😛 so happy that it actually taste pretty good!

Different people have different images & goals for that "perfect body". ️😐If you don't like my body, well, you should be worrying &caring bout your own insteadsometimes we get so focused on society's idea of perfect that we forgot how to love ourselves.
