You must become the magnet of whatever it is you want, to bring it to you.
Magnet comes first - manifestation is second. Manifestation is the effect of the magnet of you.

rebeccainghamI get asked all the time "how do I get motivated to..... (Fill in the blank)". Heck, I even have to ask MYSELF that from time to time!
Thing is, you don't get motivated to take action; you have to take action, then the motivation will come.
So whether it's to workout, eat right, start that business and work on it till you're successful, clean your house, get yourself out of debt, improve your relationships or yourself..... You have to make yourself take the action FIRST, then every day you continue on that track, you will get more and more motivated. #motivation#justdoit#fitness#lifelessons#beyourbest2mon
rebeccainghamI have struggled for YEARS with getting organized. Still haven't mastered it as a whole, but, I've learned a way to make meal planning easy, efficient and fun!
Now, instead of playing the "what are we having for dinner" game, I have it right at my fingertips and can easily schedule healthy and economical meals around hectic schedules. Really helps this work-at-home mom streamline my life!
rebeccainghamLOVE soups, especially when it starts getting cold. This is one that was a hit with the family, and will be one we make again in the near future. I made it on the stove, but should be one that would work in a crockpot too.
2 large cans crushed tomatoes (or 5 cups pureed tomato)
1 cup lentils
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 stalk celery, minced
1 medium carrot, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs rosemary
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 box vegetable broth
salt and pepper to taste

Josh, son #2, has these for breakfast most mornings, and he doesn't even know they are healthier for him.
2 cups oatmeal (rolled or quick)
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I prefer this vanilla protein powder: http://bit.ly/VanProteinPowder)
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 + cup water

Here's a thought for you today: "We are the combined average of the 5 people we spend the most time with. We cannot hangout with negative people and expect positive results!" I've definitely realized this to be true. I didn't have the most positive or successful role models growing up, and have had many negative tracks running through my mind since childhood. It wasn't until I made real, conscience choices to make positive changes that my life started to show positive changes.
My challenge for you today is to find someone that is a positive influence on your life and work on spending less time with the negative influences in your life.
Can you do it? I'm confident that you can!
Doing my morning reading and this just popped out at me. I get asked all the time from my coaching clients and even my coaching team about HOW they can do something: how can they lose the weight; how can they stay motivated to workout, eat better, or find time to focus on their business; how, how, how...... Thing is, it really isn't about the HOW.... It's about the WHY!
I used to be a "how" person, sometimes I still am. But when I got over thinking about the HOW and instead focused on the WHY, amazing things have happened: -I quit smoking and drinking. -I quit eating junk food and lost 30 lbs.
-I started working out and have learned to really like it. -I've grown into a leader that is building a successful business, and helping others change their lives in the process.
Those are just a few examples. My WHY is my husband and two sons. When I experienced, first hand, the devastating things that bad habits can do to a person from others that I love and care about, I realized that I was not willing to put my own family through the same thing.
Now, when those negative voices try to creep back in, trying to convince me that my old bad habits aren't that bad, I picture Jake and Josh worrying about their mom having to go through a serious illness or operation, and that is WHY enough. They deserve to have a healthy, happy, fulfilled and successful mom.
So, what is something that can move you past the HOW and become your WHY?3mon

going_with_flow Wayne Dyer, Abraham Hicks, Deepak Chopra. I read some different people that I don't listen too as well. For example I read OSHO but I don't listen to him. Seem we have a similar top 5. We'll see each other at the top. :)
