race4fitness I had the great pleasure in getting to hug this amazing woman and spend a morning with her. She was sick and tired of the reflection in the mirror. She started at 457 pounds and set small attainable goals every day. She remembers watching the Biggest Looser thinking....."I wish that was me!" Never give up... Veronica jumped in doing our programs & received our support.
We give 40+ hours a week or more to our careers. Let's give just 4% of that to ourselves....our future....our lives.....so that we can live and love that reflection! Who's ready???

My furry baby had different plans.

I incorporate a lot of one arm movements to build core strength but also to create mor change in those muscles we are trying to build. Keep your shoulders square and your back and neck in alignments. #shoulders #bicep #abs #kitty

race4fitness Day #1 of my PiYo and clean eating group! They are so motivating and it's only day one.....I'm so pumped!
Dinner tonight. Super easy not a lot of time, but still followed the plan and licked the plate clean. I follow a Paleo life style for the most part. So here's a version of His & Hers. Hubby had his on tortillas and I lettuce wrapped my tacos filled with veggies.
Would you eat this simple meal???

race4fitness Why did I create "Race 4 Fitness?" I created this page for that woman, that girl that cried herself to sleep at night. The woman that dreams of confidence and self worth and knows she deserves nothing but the best but had no idea where to start. The woman with the exhausted heart, with big dreams and some how got lost in the shuffle of life. I was that mom....the mom with a dream, the mom with a passion for something that knew my children and my family needed the best version of me. I am that mom that became a Beachbody coach, knowing nothing about fitness....but knew I wanted results, energy and self confidence. Being surrounded around other people just like me never giving up on them selves....but needed more tools to succeed....to reach their goals has been so many's answer to prayer. Being a Beachbody coach is a title behind an amazing company I believe in an love, but it is so much more then that! We change lives....we support each other and through it all we reach goals, climb mountains and motivate others in the process. The products and programs we do are life changing....BUT that is NOT what my team actually does....we change LIVES every flipping day and we get to do this cause we want others to feel that growing fire in their hearts....the passion for life....the drive to keep going....the belief with in ourselves.....the will to be better and three simple words in our soul....
"NEVER GIVE UP!" Tomorrow two of my on line support groups start.....I may not sleep....I am beyond eager to change more lives and crush the obesity epidemic one day at a time! My on line support group for PiYo to Paleo starts July 7th. I believe in giving even more tools in helping you on your journey.
