  •   ninakos23 Not necessarily cycling off..but rather stopping it completely. I just don't like everything it contains and would rather try and up my strength in the gym without it. I'm trying to just have coffee beforehand, with the occasional Advocare Spark..but also trying not to take that haha. A little bit of caffeine should be just enough to get me that pump and workout high! @themikecanon 2d

  •   ninakos23 I used to take caffeine pills like a year or two ago.. but that was more for general energy wise rather than for a workout..I'm too sketched out to put them in my system again @themikecanon 2d

  •   zombiesahh I have a question. Do you use gloves or wrist wraps? I don't, but I've recent been getting tendinitis in my right wrist off and on. It never hurts when I'm lifting, but that's all I can think to attribute it to. I was considering buying some wrist wraps. Thoughts? 2w
  •   ninakos23 Nope! Personally I wouldn't see any benefit for myself if I used them considering I try to stay away from really low reps and high woody. And also considering they have the possibility of altering your form while lifting I don't want to take my chances. I used gloves once while doing deadlifts, and although they helped my grip strength a bit, it didn't feel right. Just my opinion, but if I were you I'd just really focus on form and lightweight and see if the tendinitis acts up.. and if so then just buy some straps and see if it helps! Not too expensive anyways :) @zombiesahh 2w

Wittle update: for the past nearly two months I've been trying my hardest to make gains, although have been contemplating.. gains or cut for the summer? My lazy breakfast
☞in a mug:
2 egg whites
1/3 large banana
☞incorporate the banana with the egg whites by mashing it up
1 scoop @musclegauge #AmericanIso-cake batter flavor #musclegauge
2 tbsp organic #coconutflour splash of almond milk just to thin it out a smidge
☞mix it all together in a mug
☞grab another mug [MAKE SURE IT'S A BIG MUG OR ELSE YOU'LL REGRET IT]
☞spray the mug with some canola oil
☞put batter into sprayed mug
sprinkle cinnamon on top
☞microwave for about 1min 30 sec (it'll seem like the cake is gonna explode out-but it shouldn't if your mug is big enough)
☞put on a plate upside down
another sprinkle of cinnamon on top
☞eat, eat, eat! I like eating it with the remaining banana #fitfam
