naturallyfashionable I hear people say that there is a difference between curvy, fat, and thick? Is there a difference? 6h
  •   _larikraun The only one I used to do was sit-up. But the lazy me stopped when I didn't get any result. 5h
  •   mocha_chelle If we go by media & societies way of thinking it's all obese, unhealthy & fat. No thick or curvy. Everyone is shaped different not all women who are thick have small waist and big hips, things and butts. You can have curves cause that's how your body is but have no booty and no boobs you just look good in clothes. Thick is solid no jiggle in another persons eyes. & if u ask men & show pics to them they would give various answers of what they think.. "You wear your body it doesn't wear you. You wear your clothes they don't wear you". (A MT quote lol) As long as you're confident who cares what you are. Cause in the end you're beautiful.... Kim I love your page/blog/YouTube & I adore you!! 5h
  •   naturallyfashionable @mocha_chelle thanks so much 5h
  •   camilly4lyfe People would say Angela basset and Venus Williams are "thick". They are thin but solid. There I go introducing another word lol. I guess I can't articulate it as well as I thought but those are r examples bag pooped In my head. You can be curvy without being fat like Halle berry. She has curves. You can be fat and curvy. You are curvy. You have the coveted waistline that many "fat" women don't have or have to create with belts and girdles. You can even be thick and curvy but most people will see you or label you as fat after a certain size. But that's why we have to be confident in ourselves and label our dang selves and not even care about others. 4h

  •   natashahaute Yes a big difference.... 50min
  •   daynamonique I have this conversation with my 6th graders EVERY single year!!!! They love to call someone 'fat' and I jump in...... (Before they can kill someone's confidence) and they quickly tell me, but you're not fat Ms. -----, you are what they call thick!!!!! And that's a good thing ......(boys side) but the girls begin sucking teeth, like negro please she is fat!!!!!! Growing up I've been called an Amazon, which is suppose to be a good thing.... How about just call me by my name!!!!! Way to many classifications!!!! 49min

naturallyfashionable I'm sorry that people don't think I should love myself, but nothing will change that. I would never encourage any woman to be overweight though. #Understandmymessage Don't get it confused. 1d

naturallyfashionable You must be a role model and a leader for the younger generation and you can't do that when you're wrapped up in the opinions of others. 2d

naturallyfashionable These designers ain't loyal to plus size figures and thats fine, but I do want to give a shoutout to @dvf for at least making a cut and style that could possibly fit a plus size body and I'm talking about 18-20 at the moment lol). I'm on this quest to see how many high-end designers cut their clothes a little bigger bc I know a lot of you ladies would not mind dropping a couple hundred on a #dianevonfurstenburg dress if you could find one in your size!!! You don't even need to wear spanx with this one bc the material is perfection (a little to tight for me at the moment ...have to do a couple push backs at the table). 3d

naturallyfashionable Blogged: Living With Scars (Finding Joy In Pain)

I really don’t like to think about my scars. I don’t even know where to start when discussing them because it such a deeply personal issue for me. No one asks to be born with scars, or to experience a traumatic event that changes your appearance. But things happen and there is nothing that I can do, but to except it.
