misstamchiak I am dying to practise my barista skills after I come back from Melbourne and the owners of British Hainan kindly allowed me to use their espresso machine to make a cup of latte. I am quite pleased with my cup of coffee, especially my latte art! I spilled many cups of coffee when I was doing it in barista school so I am very surprised that I can make a decent rosetta this time. Pretty even tamper and integration is not bad. Good job, Maureen! *pat on the shoulder* 1d

misstamchiak My aunt is truly a genius. She watched a video teaching her how to make rose shape frosting. Then she casually tried once using peanut butter, and she is able to do such a beautiful frosting at her 2nd attempt today. Next time I will do the baking and leave the frosting to her! Hoho! 2d
