  • missmaes Pictorial from previous post! It is also on my blog and its much easier to read! Link is on my profile Step 1: Apply Urban Decay (UD) Eye Primer Potion all over the lid and brow bone.Take a blending brush, I use Makeup Addiction's The Blender and apply Mac's "Early Bird" on the crease Step 2: Take NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk" and place it all over the lid Step 3: Apply Mac's "Brun" on the outer corner w/ a Mac 217 brush, blending it up to the middle Step 4: Pack on UD's "Hot Pants" on the inner lid. Followed by Mac's Extra Dimension "Stylishly Merry" on the rest of the lid. I used Makeup Addiction's The Shader brush for this Step 5: I did several things in this step: 1) Cleaned underneath the eye w/ concealer 2) Added more "Stylishly Merry" on the lid, to make it appear more vibrant 3) Further darkened the outer corner w/ Mac's Brun and 217 brush 4) Diffused the color on the crease w/ Sigma E40 brush to make it more blended 5) Applied UD's "ABC Gum" on the brow bone Step 6: Line the lower lash line and waterline w/ UD 24/7 Glide-On Shadow Pencil "Delinquent" Step 7: Apply eyeliner. I use Maybelline's Eyestudio Gel liner "Black" and Makeup Addiction's The Liner brush Step 8: Lastly, apply mascara and your favorite lashes. I use Urban Decay Super Curling Mascara and Ardell Wispies lashes. Enjoy!   5d

  • missmaes I started a blog!! Many of you have asked if I have a blog and/or a YouTube. Right now, I do not have the time and appropriate tools to make videos, so creating a blog is the best option
    With Instagram, I am limited on the amount of things I want to write. I don't like to write an essay, which takes up so much space on your news feed lol. And sometimes, it's easier to read things on a bigger screen My first post is about Makeup Addiction Special Eyes Kit, where I go in greater detail about each brush

    I'm a minimalist, especially when it comes to brushes I found all the brushes to have multiple purposes, which is great! I will post a basic pictorial using these brushes tomorrow!   • missmaes This is a simple yet striking look Really easy to do! I focused on blending my crease really well so make sure you spend time doing that! Check out my last post for a close up! Step 1: I applied eye primer all over my lid and my brow bone w/ Urban Decay’s eye primer potion. Begin by applying FAINT to the crease. Blend well!!! If you do not take the time to do so, this will look too harsh. I used a Mac 217 brush to apply the color. Then Sigma’s E40 brush to blend it out Step 2: Pack NAKED 2 all over the lid Step 3: Take a tiny, tiny amount of CRAVE and blend it into the outer corner. I used the MAC 217 brush again. I also took it all the way in my crease, just to marry NAKED 2 well into the crease Step 4: Line the lower lash like w/ FAINT using any pencil brush you have Step 5: Go over the lower lash line again w/ CRAVE, stopping at the middle Step 6: Apply eyeliner. I used Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner on top. And Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide On eye pencil in PERVERSION on the waterline. I also applied VENUS to the inner tear duct and FOXY all over the brow bone Step 7: Add mascara and your favorite lashes! And you’re done! I hope you all enjoyed this look and try it!   • missmaes Happy May everyone! Here are the steps to my last look! Step 1: Start by applying eye primer all over the lid to the brow bone. I use Urban Decay’s (UD) eye primer potion. All of the shadows I used are from Mac. Take SOFT BROWN w/ a fuffly blending brush. I use Bare Escentuals’ Crease Defining brush for this Step 2: Using a Mac 217 brush, apply BRUN to the outer v and blend. You do not want to blend too high for this color Step 3: Apply NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in MILK all over the lid. Then pack RICEPAPER on the inner corner of the lid Step 4: Pack SHIMMERMOSS to the rest of the lid. Mac does not carry this color anymore but I’m sure there are a ton of similar colors from other brands Step 5: Take RED BRICK and apply it lightly above the crease w/ another blending brush. I use Sigma E40. This just adds subtle warmth to the look. Also, line the lower lash line with RED BRICK w/ Sigma E30 brush Step 6: Line the lower lash line w/ BRUN, using the same brush above Step 7: Apply eyeliner. For the top, I use Maybelline Eyestudio Gel liner and a Mac 210 brush. I lined the waterline w/ Rimmel’s Scandaleyes NUDE (although it turned out darker than I wanted it to be) Step 8: Apply mascara and favorite lashes! Brow products: @anastasiabeverlyhills Brow Powder Duo & Clear Brow Gel! Enjoy!!   3w
