I have changed my whole routine for abs and I am very happy to finally start seeing changes!

I don't think people realize how hard it is for a woman to build lean, natural muscles...!
It takes a lot of work and patience!
And it is far from being easy... Those who say or think that women shouldn't have muscles or that if they do they look manly are obviously forgetting the world we live in! Women are also allowed to have muscles and be strong in 2014..
Even if I am often seen like a freak because of my height, size and strength, I am happy to be different and unique because I am free to be what I want. I don't want to be what society dictates me to be.

It's far from being easy but at least integrity is part of me and my life!
Stay true people! And keep training hard. Your body will be forever thankful for it!

If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

miss_lz_fit As for goals, I don't set myself those anymore. I'm not one of these 'I must have achieved this and that by next year' kind of writers. I take things as they come and find that patience and persistence tend to win out in the end. 3w

miss_lz_fit Doing the squat therapy to work on my leg flexibility. Because my legs are so tall I have a hard time squatting low, and this drill will help me to loosen up so I can drop it all the way to the ground! 4w
