kimberleigh527 I cannot condone a voluntarily gluten free diet because bread is the best thing ever! Buuuuut, you look fantastic!
meldetroit@kimberleigh527 It was hard the first week or so giving up bread, but got really easy after! There are some great gluten-free breads. Though, I haven't purchased some in a long time, they're expensive!!! Haven't gotten around to learning on making my own yet.
meldetroit@ursula_uriarte I slowly started GF maybe in February or March but went 100% in June. I started exercising in the beginning of the year but didn't see any result even with just eating organic food until after the GF diet started. So with GF...I'd say 4-5 months. Went down to 130 from 150. Bam!
meldetroitMission accomplished. Harassing me with her pitiful & hungry meowing/rubbing at 6am to go to the store to get more cat food (she had a full dinner last night, mind you). Then? She only had a few bites! Got pretty comfortable on the couch.
Got her sucker, a half-awake human, to go out in the cold. Well played, Eveing, well played.4w
