mdemske Quicker workout this morning. Lacking some energy but I know I don't need to be a jack rabbit all the time Box squats, pause squats, barbell and smith lunges, sissy squats, leg extensions. A lot of people ask how I build my legs- honestly I don't "heavy" squat myself to death. I rarely even heavy squat. I do variations of squats like front squats, overhead squats, etc. And lotsssss of lunges. Walking, Bulgarian, free weight. And I usually throw in intermittent plyometrics. Like supersetting my barbell squats with jumping squats for example. Plus I do Kettlebells twice a week which is basically another leg workout. So yeah... Idk. 4d

mdemske So this is what I get for playing on the monkey bars at the gym you say gross, I say committed Before you say wear gloves ️.... I do a lot of Kettlebell work & the Kettlebell doesn't move properly in your hands when wearing gloves. Plus #whowearsgloves and literally I do toes to bar / knees to elbows after like every workout #becauselats & #becauseiliketoshowoff that was a joke #orwasit 5d

mdemske Workout, then selfies. Part of the routine at this point. Drank my coffee this morning, took my greens (green vibrance) and my aminos. Then drank my preworkout on the way to the gym. Hit chest and cardio to finish it off. I love training fasted I've always preferred it. Lately though I've been doing cardio fasted, eating after & then going to lift. I like it that way too. Anyway, I feel great and I love these VS tops as you can tell ️ Time to be productive today Kettlebells tonight at 6!
