maisiesuicide Slept with braids in my hair last night and woke up with super fuzzy hair. Also woke up incredibly sore thanks to @Andyscott87 and his gym regime. 19h

Mayfair Maisie - 18+ ONLY.
maisiesuicide So I am now into week 2 training with @andyscott87 Not too much change, as it has only been a week: but I've noticed through getting into a regular sleep pattern, only eating freshly prepared food (no ready meals or junk/fast food), and exercising more I have felt much more awake, happy and energetic. Getting into a bad cycle with bad foods and no exercise took a worse tole mentally rather than physically. 4 weeks until I hope to have my defined tummy back!
Note to self: doll up a little for the gym on Friday incase any more hot golfers from the #ScottishOpen are there again. #gym #progress #week2 #hotgolfersaremotivating #iwantabs
Please like Andy's Facebook page - he posts great meal and fitness ideas and is generally a wee babe. www.facebook.com/andyscotthealth

maisiesuicide A picture from my third @suicidegirls set shot by the absolutely beautiful and hugely talented @gossipsuicide ️ It's still in Member Review, called Bed Bug, so why not go give it a little loving? I have a new set coming out in about a month, called Town House! 2d

maisiesuicide Yesterday I shot my first gun at the Scottish Game Fair! I tried clay pigeon (disc) shooting and I was really good. I was learning how to use my gun at this point, before heading to the cage to shoot the targets. 4d
  •   maisiesuicide @thetexaspatriot you need a shotgun certificate to own or shoot a shotgun unsupervised (which is what I would've needed for that gun), or if you shoot rifles (for shooting deer or what not) you need a firearms license. Scotland, like the rest of the UK, is a country where most firearms are illegal and there's a lot of "red tape" surrounding shooting and owning guns. 4d
  •   mikeycarricato You should come to America! I have quite a few firearms that I think you would enjoy going and having some target practice with! I think it would be an honour to take you out for a day at the range. :D 4d
  •   jonny_logan It's a good laugh, I've only done it a couple times at a range near me in Yorkshire 4d
  •   _j_a_w_s_h_ You should visit Texas. We give you a shotgun when you get a birth certificate. 4d
  •   brianvfx Why are you so bad ass .N. 4d
  •   hammyggz Skeet skeet 4d
  •   tonywhitecollins Where the voices telling you to start shooting everyone too ? o.0 2d
  •   thetexaspatriot @maisiesuicide oh, we'll that's a damned shame. Texas only requires a proof of identification to show you're 18 for long guns (shotguns and rifles) and 21 for handguns, as well as a clean record 2d

maisiesuicide Today was my biggest running struggle yet and I only ran 3.3 miles (5.3km). It's 17 degrees C with hardly any wind (which is bikini weather in Scotland) and I hadn't had enough fluids (learning curve) and so had to walk for a while twice due to overheating and dizziness. I also had to power through an excruciating stitch again (be patient after eating damnit)! I reckon I need a rest day also: Monday was 2 x 2 mile runs, Tuesday was Gym, Wednesday was a 3.6 mile run... Maybe should've sat today out considering two weeks ago I didn't even get out of bed for days on end.
Hopefully my next run sees some improved times. :(

  •   tugmonkey77 Don't run for time unless you're in a race... Run for you at whatever pace you want. Don't push the run, pull it back for distance, speed for short runs. Keep it up! 1w

  •   s1nt4x Keep at it , hydrate , add a bit at a time don't burnout , focus on the task at hand ( for me it's the other way around , I run way more when I don't concentrate but my trainer says to focus so ... ) 17c is perfect weather , I ran at 37 once 1w

maisiesuicide My muscles were really sore from my gym session with @andyscott87 so naturally I decided I best go for a 3.6 mile (5.7km) run haha! I took it easy and did a slow steady pace the entire way as I was a bit sore. Took 37 minutes. I'm not very happy with my time, but I'll get faster as I keep going. :) 1w

maisiesuicide So here is my before picture. I've been neglecting all exercise and eating fast food 3x a day constantly for months now and have lost any definition. This week I'm beginning (reasonably) clean eating and daily exercise including personal training sessions with @andyscott87 to get back in shape. I want a defined washboard stomach in 6 weeks... Wish me luck and give Andy a follow! He's a wee babe! #before #iwantabs #nomorekfc

maisiesuicide I just ran 10km for Cancer Research UK! I haven't run since I was in second year of academy (7ish years ago?) and I was a little hungover. My finishing time was 1 hour 9 minutes and 10 seconds. I've raised £220 so far, but there's still time to donate! www.justgiving.com/chelsvscancer 3w
