lvnfit So today I decided to weigh in....
According to my scale I gained 4.7 pounds in a week and a half putting my total body weight at 162.7 pounds.
I immediately looked at that number and felt a lump it my gut because when I saw the number on the scale going up it dramatically changed how I felt about my progress.
Let's rewind five minutes prior to weighing in!..... I was feeling on top of the world because I have more energy, my workouts are stronger, I am seeing new shadows, I'm sleeping good AND I'm just overall much happier. So with that said the number on the scale means absolutely nothing!! Being human I have to remind myself of that!. I'm not perfect and yes I have days where I freak out because of numbers. That's when I simply look back at all the positives versus the negatives. With feeling better overall about my workouts, sleeping better, being happier (pardon my French) but who f-ing cares if I weigh 162.7 pounds?! The scale comment caught my eye in similarities, I'm 5'7" and go up&down 159-165lbs so drastically within a few days and it's so frustrating. But it's true... The scale can suck it. Hehe. lvnfit 7oz Kirkland (Costco frozen) Salmon on a bed of 3cups Taylor Sring Mix with 1cup cucumbers ... Dressed with a little crushed black pepper and fresh squeezed lemon.

To cook salmon thaw over night in fridge. Next heat up a pan sprayed with olive oil spray then add your salmon, pink sea salt & crushed black pepper. Once the bottom is cooked flip, cover pan with lid and turn heat down to low until fully cooked.

While my kids enjoy this crazy weather swimming on spring break I'm working on my albino-ness plus planks! Today was back/shoulders/abs day so why not add in some more planks and crunches?!!   •   lvnfit The trick is to fuel your body depending on your workouts. Being that leg day is my most intense workouts I need a lot more carbs. As I'm getting my total amount of calories I'm good but I always make sure to get 150 grams of protein or more per day. Leg days I just keep my protein at hundred 150grams and I just push my carbs way up. Other days in the week I avg 190grams protein & 190grams carbs. @lorimen13 2d

lvnfit Let me tell you a little story about WILLPOWER!!! It doesn't just happen, you create. Willpower means you're choosing to take control over instant gratification. Willpower is a constant TEST. YouVSYou!!
Although I'm having some serious food porn thoughts about my favorite indulgences (in above pic) my willpower is reminding me what I want more. Willpower also reminds me that this food (in the pic above) will ALWAYS BE AROUND & available. So I DON'T need it today or even tomorrow!!!
So the question is...
