lullalay@martagiaccone just seen your comment! I mix whole grain flour, brown sugar and rice milk. The paste must be creamy but thicker. And then I take a spoon of it and place it on the warm pan with margarine or olive oil. Flip them when golden and that's it! (I don't take measures, sorry) you can add coconut flakes or berries/sliced fruits in the mix too.
