  •   lobese @fionaeats Chicken breast at 60C for 2 hours! I threw in some curry, tumeric, coriander, garlic, butter. Took it out and seared it and made a chicken salad with some plain yogurt, kewpie mayo, golden raisins, salt. Serve on endive spoons :) I'm going to post everything on the blog within the next couple days. Lots of photos and writing to do! 6d
