livestronglivelong 1/3 cup oats soaked overnight in water, add 1 eggs, 1 teaspoon of phylium husks, cinnamon, chia seeds, 2 teaspoons of shreaded coconut and #mayvers peanut cacao spread! Microwave for about 1 1/2-2 minutes and top with 1/2 scoop #maxinesburn choc and almond milk and a kiwi fruit!

I topped mine with alittle peanut/cacao spread mixed with a little almond milk and some chic protein powder! A winner with the kids even! That's gotta say something @jazzythings!! And it's the only type of recipie I ever make, chuck and in 1 bowl and mix! Was 1 c almond meal, 1c oat flour, 1t cinnamon, 1t vanilla essence, 1t bakin.
