laclarke My first three meals of the day: M1: muesli w/ low fat vanilla yoghurt (as I ran out of soy!). M2 (also used as a pre-workout): Mackerel cooked in coconut oil w/ herbs, chilli w/ brown rice and asparagus. M3 (post-workout): the rest of my unused brown rice, spinach and two egg whites. Healthy most definitely does not need to be boring! It's about variety, spices and what you put your food with! Experiment and variety is key. 1w

Squat challenges are great ways to mix up your routine and have a mini competition with yourself! This one is squatting as much as you can with half of your body weight in five minutes (I was lifting a little heavier then half of mine though - I was lifting 30kg excluding the bar). I'm not an PT or anything, but I do my research and I love making my workouts fun as well as beneficial for my gains and health! #asstothegrass

laclarke I always love to train my Shoulders/Triceps my triceps are the most undeveloped and because of that I love working the hell out of them to make them stronger. Today I made good progress and I walked home with satisfaction! Love your body enough to look after your body and health but also notice your flaws and not be down about them, but improve them. Turn your most 'hated' body part to your most loved! 1w

laclarke Squat challenge! As many squats you can do in 5 minutes! I did it with 30kg (excluding the bar) and I did 53 reps. It was a fucking challenging I tell you! No pain no gain though. 2w
