I thought on today's #fitfluential #ffcheckin I would share something that hopefully encourages many of you that might be frustrated as you're going through a leaning out program or plan... today I got on the scale to let my trainer know what my weight was and I've been at this 2 1/2 weeks…almost 3. so here's the thing… My weight on the scale is exactly the same as Day 1. However, I have been taking front side and back pictures every other day and I can tell you that quite unexpectedly I have been ridiculously shocked and pleased with the progress I see and the changes I see in my body- in such a short amount if time. Some of you might recall that the end of last year I had an injury that sidelined me for several months and during that time - due to many factors- I gained weight back ~ it was VERY HARD for me considering I had made SUCH progress earlier that year. With the stellar guidance - I mean DAILY guidance and comprehensive discussions on every component of my plan Ms @whitneyjonesaz is changing me. Changing my outlook my understanding my attitude- she's the BOMB. I will be sharing my progress photos as I go along and I think that many of you that might be struggling with what you see on the scale will find encouragement in that- would I like to see 2lbs less right now? Sure. But I am SO PLEASED and pleasantly surprised by how my body is transforming - I do not DOUBT the future. NOT ONE BIT. I am 7lbs higher than my lowest scale weight last year - yet with WHITNEY's guidance and my accountability partner @laura_9294 I can only imagine what the coming months will do! I'm so proud and amped and psyched. I share my REAL RESULTS with you so u can gain encouragement that success is not always linear it's not always where and how you want it- but- THE ONLY WAY TO FAIL IS TO QUIT! kellyolexa Ladies. Here is a tip you will thank me for later. You may have seen me speaking about this last week… But we are going to be launching a series ( via FitFluential) starting this summer on hormonal imbalances adrenal fatigue, etc and how to address issues like this up to and including perimenopause menopause etc. BUT- more naturally holistically and with more general health approaches vs symptom treating alone. This product though is something that my dermatologist recommended to me - in 2009 when my body temps changed dramatically and suddenly the anti-persperant/deodorant is used my whole life wasn't working. I asked about Botox injections for sweating and he says save yourself the $$$$ and get this. It's a ROLL ON - and trust me when I say you will want to follow the directions very specifically and only apply it at night and never ever ever right after you shave LOL! But it works AND LASTS 72 hours. Not joking. Not sure I would ever be comfortable doing like a NO DEODERANT approach - so I get that some if you might say "that's not holistic!" - I get it. Some things- I stick with what I want to. If you are against deodorants etc I get it but for those that need a solution- order some. THIS IS THEBOMB. I used to get it all the time at Walgreens… But I've noticed lately they don't have it so I just ordered this from Amazon.com and it's nice if you order from Amazon you could see all the reviews. 3d

I'm doing less cardio than ever before (all HIIT training at this point) and lifting heavy 6x a week and.,.Eating a non-bro-science way with #iifym #iifymgirls #flexibledieting approach that has Carbs - I have cereal!
