Challenge for today...go meatless!!! If you find that super difficult then at least try it for one meal. My top 5 meatless protein options are: Garbanzo beans
Tofu
Nuts/Nut butter
Quinoa
Edamame

Not sure what to make for your meatless meal?? Slice some tomato and avocado and place it on a toasted whole grain English muffin or Ezekiel bread with hummus (pictured) and enjoy!! Don't forget to get your strength training done today whether it's with weights or just your body weight Live the #fitlife

kellikiesel It's only been 2 days of PIYO so far (today is day 3) and I don't have any "amazing" results yet or numbers to throw at you, but what I am loving so far is that this is a program that I can do with my daughter and she loves it. She even says it in the video ;) For me, this already makes the program worth getting!! #fitlife

kellikiesel I'm all about eating healthy, working out and helping others do the same, but we're all human and sometimes you just can't say NO to a mango margarita and nachos with the works. Do a full body workout that will target legs, chest, arms, back and abs. Some example exercises are...squats, push-ups, rows, dips, crunches...the possibilities are endless!!

Today's workout is 30 min of any cardio workout of your choice and if you're feeling good and can do 45min or 60min...bonus!! Think of how much better you will feel at the beach or wherever you'll be celebrating. And don't forget the fruit!! Skip the desserts today and go for the fruit. A regular can of soda can contain up to 22 packs of sugar and that isn't even super sized. Extra calories in sugar-loaded drinks may lead to diabetes, obesity, heart disease and some cancers, so ditch the soda and start feeling better from the inside out. Add 40 min of cardio for today and you're on your way to living the #fitlife

Today let's focus on adding some strength training. Do at least a 20 min full body workout circuit style or targeting one muscle group at a time from the legs on up

Before each meal and snack drink a glass of water and try to get in as much as half your body weight in ounces of water today.
