k_rose_l_12 Why won't my omelette hold together . Was delicious though . Bacon, pea (great combo!), spring onion, red pepper, mushrooms and spinach with a tinsy bit of cheese. So tasty. Doing really well on the protein and fibre today, saving up carbs for a few drinks tonight and saving up fat for a big dinner , currently got about 25g fat left and 77g carbs left . Wanted an omelette but had to be quick as had to take my mum to train station and then sit a 3 hour business law mock done now though so that's good. I wish I had a bit more on the carb front, but whilst I've been trying to increase my protein today I feel sooo full so that's good haha . Yeah you're right, I figure I'll give it a bit of a go and see how it goes, it's nice having the macros to play around with, I think in generally upping my protein and lowering my carbs can only be a good thing anyway , plus I was getting to the point where a lot of days I was eating approx 1200 kcal and I wasn't losing weight/fat so needed to try something different, you can definitely be eating too little sometimes to see weight loss/fat loss and muscle definition, which I never would have thought before thanks for all your advice, you seem to be doing massively well on it, you're totally my iifym inspiration at the moment xxx 1d

k_rose_l_12 Tried twice to make a waffle with the protein works pancake mix - I don't understand why it doesn't work️as I essentially use the same batter for my pancakes and waffles when I make them from scratch but it seriously didn't work - I did get to enjoy cleaning protein gunge from my waffle maker twice though so I guess everyone's a winner . After that needed something quick so breakfast was a soya chocolate pot and half a quest bar.   •   hansfitlife Babe I think different things work for different people and will never preach to anyone about what I think they should do, but I personally find iifym amazing. I had such an unhealthy relationship with numbers which led to bingeing but iifym hasn't made me like that at all, it gives you a lot of freedom but also plenty to eat to hit your macros so it's not restrictive at all. Use myfitnesspal to plug in a plan for tomorrow or whatever and see how you feel. I looked into it a few times before I ever actually bit the bullet and started xxxx 5d
