justin_bowenHonduran New Years with Leah and so many friends. It was so fun to share Jovenes en Camino and the beautiful country of Honduras with her. She leaves a week from today to study abroad in Santiago, Chile. Excited for all of the adventures she will have over the next 3 months! Here is to almost 14 months and a new year together!2mon

leahowens_ Thank you for being a huge part of why this day was so crazy special to me!! I love you best friend! Today rocked.
justin_bowenThe last of my birthday presents from Leah materialized last night. Ricky Scaggs and Kentucky Thunder at the Ryman. The best of the best. Awesome audience. Awesome show. Awesome night. Thank you, @leahowens_ , for getting me tickets and for putting up with my weird musical tastes. You are the best.5mon
leahowens_ I loved last night with you, Justin! You are so welcome and so loved!
justin_bowenLast night, the interns and I went to a "Dia del Indio" (holiday celebrating the natives of Honduras) celebration. Two of our boys were in a group of kids from their high school to perform an elaborate, multi-part traditional dance. It was an incredible and beautiful sight to see their work pay off in a blend of music and dance. I feel so immersed and comfortable in this culture. A fun night of celebration and friendship. In this picture with Dennis Gomez (JEC), Rafael Adino (the son of JEC's carpentry teacher), and William Ponce (JEC). I'm so proud of their work and so thankful for their friendship. Ya les extraño.7mon
