    REFLECTIONS.
    .
    Yesterday we did a reflections forum. It's a beautiful gallery. Go to #jj_forum_0595 to check it out.
    .
    I mentioned earlier that I love reflections because they give us such an easily accessible way to see the world in a unique way. That interesting view is a big part of a successful shot.
    .
    Above are four examples of techniques for shooting reflections. There are many more. Take these and use them but better than that find you own.
    .
    TL- Use a reflection to create an abstract image. Often, like you see in this water, the reflective surface will add unique and interesting shapes to your image. This shot by @paulbrouns.
    .
    TR- Use a reflection to create a symmetrical image. Symmetry generally makes an image more simple and thus pleasing. This shot by @id_va.
    .
    BL- Use a reflections to create a distorted reality. Images shot using non-flat reflective surfaces, often will give you an interesting fun house mirror type field.. This shot by @bennedettodemaio.
    .
    BR- Use a reflection to create a layered transparent effect. Who knows? Maybe ometimes you can have it all. :-) In the case of the shot above you can clearly see both the interior through the window and the photographers reflection. This shot by @mistralid.

I thought the jj replay tag was a good idea, particularly since I can't imagine how much time it must take you every day to scroll through the forum gallery and then individual galleries to find the pics that have caught your eye! It's actually a nice way of revisiting older pics and introducing them to newer followers.
