jonnierr@mrtony_ I had slightly different ingredients. 1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops protein, 1tbs natural low fat yogurt, 2 eggs, 1 egg white and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Was too soggy and fell apart. I'll try your one out. Once I get it right then I'll try the sugar free maple and icecream. Sounds so good!
