This months diet is next months body! I say this with complete belief! I have felt like my body was at a stand still, I wasn't ok with it. I have goals I want to continue to meet weekly/monthly/yearly
I decided once again to crack the whip at my intake AND at the gym and what do you know...I dropped 8lbs in 2 weeks.
Now I believe that some of this was water from sodium and being a chick and whatnot...but still!! Seeing results is seeing results. I've been sore every day this week! CHANGE is good! You're body needs a refresher often so it doesn't get comfortable where it is! Keep going, don't get discouraged, you CAN and WILL succeed! #willpower#lift#eatclean#fitforlife#fitmom2mon
