funky_lovex I have just started insanity day 2 4 me abit sore from day 1 but not giving up
_alohanel 35 mins eliptical,40leg press with a weight of 40, two sets of 20 each leg(butt/leglift machine)with a weight of 20,4 mins ab cruncher machine with weight of 55, lift 9 pound each arm for 10 mins, flutterkicks/biking circles, and ninja lifts on the mat for abs/upper leg/butt workout. I do this routine everyday.
_kimbo_88 1hr on tready in morning then 1hr of cardio in arvo switch it up everyday. Mummy of 2 so dont get much time too do much when hubby works away
