It sounds weird I want to lose weight at this age but Im staying fit.

  • backto80lbs Grill instead of frying! Don't use a lot of oil and use spices to add flavor instead.   12mon

  • backto80lbs Good! Baked is also good!!! I loveeee fish! It's usually really low cal! Except for the pecan crusted shrimp skewers at red lobster. Thats 730cal. Never order them. Ever. Been there done that   12mon
