There aren't enough words in any language for me to find the right words to say just how much you mean to me and how much I love you. For the first 12 years of my life, you worked double duty by being both my mother AND my father and back then, I didn't know just how hard it was on you to raise me while working low wage jobs and living in with family friends. We never had the best of circumstances but you made the best of every situation and you stayed strong through all the tough times. gcmarquezjr #OldPost: before I joined the gym, I used to hike up the "M" on Moreno Valley mountain 2-3x a week for my full body workouts and #calisthenics. I would do sets of sprints and then jog then sprint again and jog until I reached the top and once I got to the top, I would knock out some #bodyweight squats, crunches, and #pushups. Doing this routine at least twice a week helped build up my legs (my #quads and #calves) and it strengthened my upper body for #bodyweight exercises. You don't need a gym to get in shape as long as you're MOTIVATED. Just use your environment and surroundings and get to work! How bad do you want it? #cardio #endurance #progress #training 4mon

  •   gcmarquezjr @richawadhawan I used to be an anti-gym kinda guy and preferred old school training but it's always good to step outside of your comfort zone and surround yourself with people (most importantly, FRIENDS) who not only support your choices to live a healthy lifestyle but also share the same or similar goals as you. I've only been a gym rat for a month and there were days when I wanted to quit from feeling sore and achy but I knew it was just the beginning towards PROGRESS. Just take it 1 day at a time! 4mon
