  •   frimp @bangarangxrufio The @progenex 'more muscle' whey I take within 20-30 of waking up every morning. To help fuel my muscles with proteins and BCAAs and then I take the @progenex Recovery immediately after working out, it rebuilds your muscles and inserts the necessary amino acids that your muscles need to recover so you can do it all over again the next day. I also take vitamin D and E (fat soluble so must take after/with coconut milk protein shake) as well as a teaspoon of @sfh fish oil every morning (fish oil on an empty stomach so it can be absorbed immediately) which is essential for recovery. I am rarely so sore that I can't workout the next day. Foam roll after every workout and supplement my body with the purest form of supplements I can find. 2w
