fitnessqueenmotivator Have you ever had a hamburger with raspberry and strawberry salad in it? Me either but let me tell you it the I had Some extra salad left and I put the leftover to use! Added more avocado to it and BAM! I always end up taking the bread off and eating just the meat and toppings! I don't add no ketchup or mustard or mayo! I always substitute the mayo for avocado! I added bacon to the lean ground beef and cheese cubes before my hubby grilled it on the BBQ! Healthy eating can be good! You just have to find what's best for your lifestyle! fitnessqueenmotivator Here is my #weightlosstip for you today! When I first started my 65lbs weight loss I started cutting back on my fav food! Cold turkey! The soda, the chips and fast food immediately! And lost 5-7 pounds quick! Then started to exercise and eat only chicken and brown rice and veggies and a salad! I was uneducated! I realized I wasn't feeding my body enough because I would binge eat at night! So I got online and research, Pinterest, and even went to the library for some much needed education about nutrition! So I changed it up and started meal prepping my meals! I hated breakfast and so I made easy meals like eggs and spinach with a side bowl of fruit! Because it's important to not skip meals! Your body needs the fuel! For snack I had almonds and yogurt and for lunch a turkey pita with loads of veggies! A snack of apples and PB and dinner was baked chicken or fish with salad and brown rice! I set up a timer for me to eat my meals and snacks daily! That's helped a lot! And I always had water in my hand sipping on it every 2-3 min! I ate more healthy and would still eat out 2x a week as before would be 4x week! Small changes will help your over all journey! I added exercise but that will be a post for mañana! Hahaha! Food is the most important to change and the hardest because I had good and bad days! I learned to indulge here and there and enjoy it and I learned don't feel bad about it! Yes I sure ate 2 donuts instead of one but you won't gain weight from 2 donuts you gain weight from eating over your calories intake and my fitness pal app really helped! Download it! It helps out with your beginning of your journey! It keeps track of what food and how much exercise your doing daily! I would meal prep my food every sunday! On the fruits I would do it the night before! Mason jars and plastic Tupperware are your bff! You can by them everywhere! Walmart has a good deal on both! Rem it's a process!! DONT GO COLD TURKEY!! Gradually take out the processed foods! Learn from my mistake!   •   fitnessqueenmotivator @sunshinekat_ no protein shakes or protein bars but I do juice and drink smoothies! I get my protein from the foods I eat! And no I don't use them for meal replacement I eat a smaller lunch than drink a smoothie or when I juice I eat a big meal! You can use them for a meal replacement but you will be hungrier thru out the day so I advice ppl to eat a small meal with it! 20h
