They're so juicy and sweet and they just explode in your mouth When I was younger, I went back to China every summer to visit my relatives and I'd get to eat the freshest lychees ever. fitness.journey96 Week Day : Please forgive me for not posting as often as I'd like to Soooo, I fell down the stairs yesterday and I seem to have rolled my ankle. I probably won't be able to do the workouts for at least a week But, to make up for it, I'm gonna eat extra healthy I will go vegan starting today going for a week and see how I feel after Wish me luck! 4w

I took my doggie for a walk today on my rollerblades Then made these baked badboys with some olive oil, salt and pepper and devoured them along with a refreshing glass of banana pineapple smoothie "First we then, then we do everything else." 1mon

fitness.journey96 Week Day : It was leg day today. I swear to god my legs turned into jello... The only thing I was thinking about was how much I was gonna enjoy this humongo salad after! fitness.journey96 Week Day : Made some rawkos (raw tacos) Inspired by @happyandhealthy96. I put in cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, yellow pepper, blueberries, avocado, and alfalfa sprouts. Then drizzled a tahini and lemon sauce over top. It was surprising juicy, super delicious and cruelty free "My body will not be a tomb for other creatures." 1mon

fitness.journey96 Week Day : Skipping school to go to the gym is the way to go We did a full body workout and I love working out with @livelife.healthy because we keep each other motivated and it basically forces us not to give up We went for a swim after and it was probably the most refreshing thing ever! fitness.journey96 Week Day : Took a 45-minute walk by the old railroad tracks. I seriously don't appreciate my city enough. So many of us take for granted all the things mother nature has blessed us with and forget that we don't own the Earth. fitness.journey96 Week Day : Woke up at 6:30am for choir rehearsal #choirgeek The only thing I look forward to this early in the morning is a big bowl of mango nice cream inspired by @happyandhealthy96 (4 frozen bananas and 3 frozen mangos blended). Nice cream is a vegan alternative to ice cream and it tastes waaaay better than the regular stuff Today was arms and abs day and my arms feel like noodles In the middle of a set, I really felt like giving up but I thought about how disappointed @kayla_itsines and @livelife.healthy would be and it helped push me through. I have always been fit because I played lots of sports growing up and be being super duper active. My goal is to become even healthier, be more fit, and adapt a vegan lifestyle.
