fitmotivation This is my steamed broccoli, cooked codfish and boiled eggs to have for future meals! (Yes I'll add other stuff as well) It's Time-Saving and almost crucial to do but - GOSH prepping food is so boooring

Totally worth it and Feels Awesome to have it done though!

fitmotivation This is @Shivalicious89 - Down 55lbs! "Every year my resolution was to lose weight but I failed because I was not determined and kept looking for shortcuts as I didn't have patience . "Rome wasn't built in one day." I decided to become the best and fittest me and now my life has completely changed. I'm a happier and healthier person.

There is no way around this...just exercise and eating healthy food 90% of the time.

We all struggle but don't give up...starting over is harder than pushing through.
