If you don't eat clean there is no need to train mean because you'll not get the results you want to. That is why what you eat is so important. No small unhealthy snacks all the time, make a healthy snack and just go with it 1y

fitforliife True, very very true! So if you really want your dream body until summer you have to start right here and right now. It's not enough taking the stairs instead of the escalator. It's not enough eating an extra apple. I'm just telling you that you should take it seriously. Every sweet kind of stuff you see must not be eaten by you. Make up a plan and goals and complete them. Go hard or go home! 1y

fitforliife So today I tried out the 30 day shred for the first time and I loved it! It's fun and Jillian's voice just makes you push a little harder. Level 1 was pretty easy for me so I'm gonna do that for some days now and then continue to level 2. I hope you guys all do your workout at least once a day. I'm gonna go swim tomorrow before school just so I can workout in the morning. Keep getting fit guys! 1y
