fit_annabananaAll the dates with dots are when I have races. On the 4th is a 2 mile, and all the saturdays are 5k and the 14th is a 10 k and the 21 is a 15k. I love racing in my free time, but I hate racing for cross country! Haha #xcprobz1y
paleoaffair Wow. Total BS. Maybe she works for Nabisco or something? And if she was referring to a cheat day, they still shouldn't consist of processed crap. Cheat in a good way with extra nuts, fruit, sorbet, or whole grains.

fit_annabananaHonestly done with being so OBSESSED with my diet. It makes me plan on binging which isn't good at all. I was planning on having a big binge right after the end of my whole 30 but I'm done. I'm just going to eat MOSTLY clean and I will be okay. I need to be a teenager. I'm hovering around 125 so I'm gunna start actually enjoying eating and tryin to make for the most part good decisions. And yeah I'm gunna eat this shit2y
fit_annabananaYesturday I ran 3 miles at cross country in the morning and then ran my fastest timed 4 miles later in the day and then had an awesome leg workout... Mine aren't that hardcore but still... 2y
trainlean_thinkclean You got this girl! Don't psych yourself out! Start at your own pace and don't worry about anyone else! Chances are someone on the team will be close to your pace and you can run together!
paleoaffair I remember feeling the same way when I ran XC in high school. Those nerves went away as soon as we started to run and I had the time of my life and made some wonderful friends. Enjoy it!

This guy posted the my humps video and I'm obsessed with him but he posted a video of him downing a coke and pizza... If you keep eating badly, you are not going to change and you are probably going to gain weight and you are deffinetly going to become unhealthy. EATING CLEAN IS THE WAY TO GO. You will be healthier and happier I guarantee it 2y
