3 dates
about 2-3 tsp coconut butter

eziahp Here's some basic Nutrition Guidelines ALL ATHLETES can benefit from, brought to you from USA Rugby Mens 7s Strength and Conditioning Specialist and EZIA Coach Alan Ozdamar:
Nutrition is a mandatory part of performance. The type of gas you put in your engine dictates how well and long that engine can run! Eat clean to perform like a machine! Protein examples for post-workout:
Grilled chicken, beef, or pork
Lean Cold-cuts (ham, turkey, etc.)
Hard boiled Eggs
Tuna Sandwich
Carbohydrate examples for post-workout:
Gatorade or Powerade
Gluten Free White Bread
Potatoes (Sweet, Russet)
White rice
Gluten Free Pasta
PB & J w/ Chocolate Milk
NO FATS!
Consumption of fats during the post-event recovery “window” will drastically slow the absorption of all other nutrients, thus decreasing recovery.
HYDRATION GUIDELINES
Best rehydration fluid is cool water.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol – both lead to dehydration.
Avoid high sodium/salt foods.
During heavy training periods consume as much water as possible.
Drink 20oz. of water/sports drink before competition.
Drink 16oz. of water for every pound lost during exercise.
