emsuwabu I confuse myself with the way I obsessively feed my kids homemade treats and avoid buying/using non-renewable materials then toss all caution and care to the wind for PVC pools and fluorescent popsicles. I am not sure...where is the line, and is it really ever okay to cross it? But for now I'm going to go play and float 3d
  •   abbypowellthompson I totally understand! 3d
  •   giovanavh I dont even attempt homemade treats, they only get fruits as treats.... So kudos for u to even make the homemade treats. And the junk from the supermarket yes is more than ok to cross that line!!!!! 3d
  •   faeriemb I say enjoy it! Looks fun!! 2d
  •   emiliebrehm I hear you! My "line" keeps changing (for better or worse!). Enjoy your playing and floating! 2d

emsuwabu Kitchen toys were put away weeks ago, but she just today noticed. I suggested she go ahead and use our regular dishes from the cupboard (kept in a low cupboard already, so she can help put away and set the table). Then directed her to the basket of blocks and rocks. She was cooking pancakes in minutes, with a two-sided (block) salt and pepper shaker (invention?). A bit later, the same basics were a sewing setup to make her dolly a swimsuit. #minimalistplay 3d
