  •   efitmama @sdgirljen they are 4 and 7 and I go the gym every morning. Try nap time or set aside a time when your husband can watch them each night 1d
  •   sdgirljen Today I did it during my 2 year old's nap and my 5 year old watched me huff and puff for 30 minutes then she played on the iPad while I finished. Your workouts are tough, but I already feel great after 2 days! Thanks so much! Can't wait to compare my before/after pics and measurement chart! 1d

  •   sica_lefevre I have been considering buying one of your plans for a while but I am hesitant because I can't see what types of foods are in the plans. My issue is that I have rheumatoid arthritis at 26 years old. The medications I take can be scarier at times than the disease itself. I have noticed that when I eat sugar (even some fruits) I am out of commission for 1-3 days. I would like to control my RA with diet (low sugar, low dairy, and low gluten) and eventually be off my meds. Do you think your meal plans would be appropriate for me? Oh and I hate sea food :-) 1w
  •   efitmama @sica_lefevre you would need to do a customized training plan for an issue like this if you are looking for a nutrition plan catered to you. The programs that I have on my website don't include nutrition plans so you can still do them and just adjust/modify as needed 1w

efitmama So I have been working on a project that I'm hoping to release in the next 2 weeks. It's all about gaining lean muscle and will provide you with a 12 week workout plan, 3 different nutrition plans for different calorie ranges, how to calculate your macros, and much more! I am so excited for this little secret I've been holding onto and am finishing up all the final touches!! Is there anything else you would like to see in it?!! 1w
