eatmekoreaBanana Coconut Cake (바나나고고넛): this cake place rocks my socks off. Originally in Hongdae, Billy Angel has spread some more into territories i am familiar with, Yongsan. They have many "western" cakes served like a bar. Great place to get fat in.
eatmekoreaSeven Springs (세븐스프링스): this buffet offers really great salad options in my opinion. Salad bowls can be filled with a variety of greens and veggies plus extra condiments. I suggest ordering a steak or main dish entree because it is about $10 more than the basic salad bar buffet price.
eatmekoreaSeafood Stew (해물전골): various seafoods are dumped into a pot and boiled with broth, vegetables, noodles and red pepper paste. This was served with our order of samgyupsal to accompany our meal.
eatmekoreaFerrero Rocher (페레로 로쉐): it's Pepero Day and i refuse to give typical peperos. I opted for the more delicious way to go on Pepero Day. Yum yum. Happy Pepero Day everyone. Remember, it's just a marketing scheme day.
eatmekoreaBrazilian Samba Steak (브라질리언 쌈바 스테이크): VIPS has this Brazilian steak set up that's kind of neat to see. Served with a hot stone to heat up your steaks to your desired temperature. enjoy your sausages, steak, vegetables and rice.
eatmekoreaSamgyupsal (삼겹살): this little shanti is in the middle of Anyang Art Park. I love their samgyupsal (pork belly) because it's cooked over a wood flame rather than the typical pan. It's great to have that woody flame taste and charr. Not sure what the name of the restaurant is, but it's kind of an outdoors restaurant with weaved wood/bark ceilings.
eatmekoreaAshley's (애술리): this buffet features seasonal menus. This seasons menu is entitled "New York Brunch". Not sure why, but some of the menu is in this shot. A mini shrimp burger, potato wedges, corn on the cobb, grains, and mac&cheese. Also, they don't offer the "buy a main course, and the salad bar buffet is frew. Now it's required to pay full price for the salad bar and extra for a main course.
